PropertyDilaDo ("we", "us") operates propertydilado.com and the Property Dilado Android app. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can delete your account.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data: mobile number (required to sign in with OTP), name, optional email, and role (buyer, owner, or agent).
  • Listings and media: property details, photos, and location of the listing you publish.
  • Inquiries: messages you send to sellers (leads) and messages you receive.
  • App activity: saved listings, saved searches, compare lists, tasks, and reviews.
  • Device data: push-notification token and app version so we can send listing or lead alerts you opted into.
  • Technical logs: IP address and request identifiers used for rate-limiting, security, and abuse prevention. These are not used to advertise to you.

2. How we use data

We use this data to:

  • Create and secure your account
  • Show listings, process inquiries, and operate seller or agent workspaces
  • Send OTP login codes and optional push notifications
  • Prevent fraud, spam, and unauthorized access
  • Meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution duties

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data only when needed to run the service:

  • Sellers or agents see the name, phone, and message you submit with an inquiry
  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, database, search, and push delivery) process data on our instructions
  • Authorities when required by Indian law

4. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. After you delete your account we remove or anonymize personal data immediately. We may keep anonymized billing or tax records and aggregated analytics that cannot identify you.

5. Account and data deletion

You can delete your PropertyDilaDo account and associated personal data at any time. This is available in the app (Account → Delete profile) and on the web:

Deletion is processed immediately after you confirm with OTP. We then:

  • Erase or anonymize your name, phone, and email so the number can be reused
  • Sign you out of every device and drop push tokens
  • Remove saved listings, searches, reviews, tasks, and buyer inquiries
  • Withdraw listings you personally own from search

Agency-owned listings you created as staff stay with the agency. Platform admin accounts must email support@propertydilado.com.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may access, correct, or erase personal data we hold, and withdraw consent for optional processing (such as push alerts). Contact support@propertydilado.com.

7. Children

PropertyDilaDo is for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
