Terms of Service

These terms govern use of propertydilado.com and the Property Dilado mobile app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
PropertyDilaDo is an Indian property marketplace. We help buyers discover listings and help owners, agents, and agencies publish listings and receive inquiries. We are not a broker of record unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Listing details are provided by the publisher; visit, verify documents, and take independent legal advice before you transact.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for activity on your phone-number account.
- You may delete your account at any time at propertydilado.com/account/delete or from Account in the app.
3. Listings and conduct
You agree not to publish false, fraudulent, discriminatory, or illegal listings, or to abuse leads, scraping, or the OTP login. We may withdraw listings or suspend accounts that break these terms or applicable law.
4. Subscriptions
Paid partner plans are described in-product. Fees already billed are not refunded except where Indian consumer law requires it. Account deletion withdraws your owned listings; it does not automatically refund an active plan.
5. Intellectual property
The PropertyDilaDo name, site, and app are ours. You keep ownership of listing content you upload and grant us a licence to host and display it while the listing is active.
6. Liability
The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for deals you close off-platform, listing inaccuracy supplied by third parties, or outages outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under Indian law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data, including account deletion.
